| Basic Real Estate Investment |
| This course surveys theories and laws related to various real estate investments and assesses the risks and rewards of becoming a landlord. Investments covered include individual co-op or condo, apartment buildings, shopping centers and industrial properties. The student will be able to analyze a typical investment property and understand Capitalization Rate, Gross Rent Multiplier, and other important concepts useful for successful investing. |
