Refund Policy

Prior to the first class: A credit for any class of equal tuition valid for one year or 100% refund less the registration fee.

Prior to the second class: A credit for any class of equal tuition valid for one year or 50% refund less the registration fee.

Baruch College is not able to offer any refunds after the meeting of the second class.

The above formula does not apply to the Computer Certificate Programs, Paralegal Certificate Program, CNE or the certificate program in Financial Planning. Please consult the brochures of those programs for their respective refund policies. Requests for refunds must be made in writing and postmarked before the date of the first class for 100% refunds and before the date of the second class for 50% refunds. Refunds take approximately 4-6 weeks to be processed after written notification had been received.
