| Develop skills to sustain small to midsized projects with little or no paid staff or overhead. The curriculum includes conducting local fund-raising events; accessing small grant programs; and effective proposal writing. |

| Develop the skills you need to communicate more clearly with your members and act as an effective spokesperson and advocate for your community. |
