Internet Technology
No other area of computer usage has grown, and is growing, faster than the Internet and World Wide Web (WWW). Recognizing that there also has been explosive growth in the number of individuals and small companies offering web services, Baruch has determined that this industry segment, especially, can benefit from establishment of a standardized, certifiable skill level. Potential employers need a yardstick to guarantee that those they hire possess necessary skills; those offering web services, likewise, will benefit from having a recognized certification that they can show prospective employers.
