The use of
information technology is revolutionizing the practice of
human resources management. This survey course will
examine such emerging technologies as computerized
applicant management, image-based document storage,
automated electronic work flow, computer-based testing,
interactive voice response systems, computer-based
learning, electronic mail, and the Internet. Participants
will gain an understanding of how these technologies can
enhance the ability of human resources to add value to
the organization. Hands-on field demonstrations will be
conducted. |
